This policy explains what personal data we collect on sunspica.com, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It is written to be read.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Sunspica Global Technologies Private Limited, Plot No. 25, Near World Square Mall, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201007, India ("Sunspica", "we", "us"). We decide how and why the personal data described here is processed.

2. What we collect

We collect only what you give us and what is needed to run the website:

  • Forms: when you register, send an enquiry, request a demo, apply to partner, contact the investor desk or share a field problem, we store the details you enter, such as your name, organisation, email, phone number, location and message.
  • Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe to field notes.
  • Yuvi conversations: the messages you send to Yuvi and its replies, linked to a random session identifier.
  • Analytics: in production, Google Analytics records how pages are used (pages visited, device and approximate location). It is switched off on admin and internal pages.
  • Your browser: Yuvi keeps your recent conversation in your browser’s local storage so it is still there when you return. You can clear it from the chat at any time.

3. How we use it

We use personal data to:

  • reply to your enquiry, demo request or partnership application;
  • involve registered farmers, buyers, suppliers, investors and researchers in research and pilots;
  • send field notes if you subscribed;
  • answer your questions through Yuvi and improve its answers;
  • understand how the website is used and keep it secure.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website, under their terms: our database and hosting providers; the AI provider that generates Yuvi’s replies, which receives the messages you send; a web search provider, which receives your question when Yuvi looks beyond our own knowledge; and Google, for analytics.

We may disclose data where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and registration details while they are needed to work with you, and Yuvi conversations while they help us improve its answers. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

6. Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance. Email contact@sunspica.com with the subject "Privacy request" and we will respond.

7. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to authorised staff. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sharing sensitive personal information, such as identity or bank details, in forms or with Yuvi.
